Here is the most recent "Before" pic I have. Taken approx Jan 12, 2013. As you can see, I have gained back those 23 lbs I lost :-( Today is a new day my friends :-)

So, here is a pic of me from last week. Not too much of a difference from my original pic...but I am down 23 pounds.Got a lot more to go....but at least it's going!
Ok.....so never in my life would I even consider posting a picture like this, or posting my weight for that matter...but...I need to overcome my fears if I plan to win this battle. I will post more pictures as my journey goes.
