Well....I have just signed up for a personal trainer at Goodlife and so far so good! Today was my 2nd session with him and I think he is more excited than I am about my weight loss goals...so that is a good sign :-)
What is not so good....he weighed me on this funky little scale thingy that gives you print out of the results. I am REALLY hoping that, at least by the end of this month, these numbers change! This is what the little piece of paper told me.
Weight: 230.6 (Down from 254 at my highest so not "too" bad)
BMI: 36.1 (Ugh)
Fat% 49.4% (OUCH!)
Well body.....basically 1/2 of you is fat....this means WAR!
