Time to Get Focused!

Wow....where has the time gone? I haven't blogged since the end of April...and surprise surprise...I haven't lost any weight or exercised either! This is all about to change though.

Starting October 1st I will be doing the 90 Day Challenge as well as the 30 Day Shred.

My plan is to eat right, work out and take the necessary suppliments I need to stay healthy. I will be keeping a food journal and posting my "Before" pic on my fridge as a way to stay motivated.  My amazing friend, Melissa, is also doing this challenge along with me so that should keep me motivated too.

I will be posting more frequently and adding healthy foods and tips, etc. to not only keep me motivated, but to hopefully help others.
